Start an inquiry

Tell us what you are looking for. We will tell you honestly whether we can help.

There is no obligation and no waitlist fee. Every inquiry is read and answered personally by Dr. Suzanne Levy, usually within about one business day. If you are early in your planning, or not sure a group home is the right step yet, that is a fine reason to write. If we are not the right fit, we will say so up front.

Next steps

What happens after you send.

Three steps, none of them rushed. You can stop at any point.

1

Dr. Levy reads it

Your message goes to the nurse who runs the home, not a call center. She replies personally, usually within about one business day, and answers what you asked.

2

A conversation

A phone or video call about health history, support needs, daily routines, and what a good day looks like for the person you are asking for. We walk through funding and next steps on the first call.

3

A visit

Family, guardians, and support coordinators are welcome to tour the home and meet the team. From there we write a placement plan together. See the full placement process.

Referral partners

Support coordinators, case managers, and providers.

If you are placing an individual whose medical needs have made other homes a difficult fit, we would like to talk. The home is licensed for up to six residents and opens in fall 2026.
